Appointment Cancellation Policy Agreement:

Eye Doctors of Everett is committed to providing all of our patients with exceptional care. When a patient cancels without giving prior notice, this prevents another patient from being seen. We reserve appointments in advance in order to accommodate patient schedules. We ask that you give us the same consideration when requesting an appointment change/cancellation.

 

 

Please call us at (425) 252-2020 by 1:00 p.m. on the day prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call our office by 1:00 p.m. on Friday. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged $50 for the missed appointment.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment we will do our best to see you for your appointment or  you may be asked to be rescheduled. Patients that arrive on time will be seen first.
